It may be tempting for some people to sit back and relax once you’ve gained a healthy amount of subscribers, but getting customers to opt in to your service is only step one. Now comes the time to thank you loyal subscribers for choosing us, because don’t forget, a decision to unsubscribe is always just one click away. Our clients and subscribers definitely want to hear a thank you, at times they want to be heard. Normally expressing our gratitude can be done via a handwritten note or a thank you email, but it can also be done by asking about your experience. I want to find out what our subscribers want more of or what they find helpful, then I want to see if I can provide it to you. This way I can continue giving you a meaningful way. It’s an opportunity for people to get engaged with our brand, spread the word about who we are with friends and family, and for us give back to our customers in a fun and productive way.
