Huawei risks

In a few months millions of people in the UK will be able to use 5G. The Chinese telecoms giant Huawei may be involved but would that pose a risk to the UK's security? The UK’s former national security adviser Lyall Grant says if Theresa May decides that the risks can be mitigated, then that's not an "unreasonable decision". But retired US general Robert Spalding thinks otherwise.
