Played live - 19th December 2025. As we await the return of the outer light, we can turn our attention to our inner light, shedding all that dims it or distracts us from it.

This mix is an opportunity to shake off any tension held in the body and clear any blocks held in the mind, as we traverse the longest and darkest nights of the year.

In the darkness, truth is not seen; instead, it is felt and intuited. It speaks through feeling and sensing, through sound and resonance.

In its depths of stillness and peace, we can plant our seeds of light; our intentions and wishes. And from the darkness of the mud, they can begin to take root.
