special thanks again to eilish constance + her family and team for pulling up to UCLA radio on a hot summer day to do this. this was one of my favorite episodes, and i went home feeling very excited for the future and all that is in store.

˙⋆✮⋆˚࿔ eilish wields her pen like a heavy sword, cutting through all the pain and wretchedness and delight that comes with late-stage Youth. blending traditional folk textures with bubbling synths and modern indie-pop production, her songs are equal parts nostalgic and fresh — a marriage between the natural world and the digital. i’m convinced she’s a real-life shooting star.
her latest single “BB Gun” is already a favorite in the underground, making the rounds amongst bloggers, indietronica fans, and anyone who’s ever known the intense experience of been a teenage girl.˙⋆✮⋆˚࿔
