Marooned

Gregory Peck ends the 1960s with this 1969 science fiction drama about three astronauts marooned in space when a malfunction jeopardizes their mission and their lives. Peck plays the head of the space program charged with keeping the men alive. The film was released just months after NASA successfully put men on the moon and the film hoped to cash in on that event.
