A score for moving in the natural world:
Bring a bottle of water with you. During your practice take sips of water. Allowing each sip to wake you up to water – noticing the transition from inside to outside.
As you rest, walk, dance follow your moving relationship to water outside of you: rain, river, sea. Follow the dance, let it unfold.
Connect to the movement of water inside the body -the fluids of cells, organs, eyes, sweat.
Let your relationship to water move you, dance through you.
