PREFACE CONTINUUM CONFOUNDING

Finally got the disparate libraries consolidated to a single drive and mostly reorganized and indexed (multiple crashes of lousy cheap drives have resulted in the effort being twice set back to the starting line over the past two years), but now a solid two thirds is data-based in the central iTunes library (28,247 items so far), with the rest centralized and being integrated ... so, i was figuring on just running down a quick cognition check (as well as scan for any broken/corrupt files), bouncing from one tune to the next one it brought to mind ... and after a bit of that, i figured why let it go un-shared now that i finally have the resource base running, so i started throwing each bounce into a bin (playlist technically, but i never follow pre-set playlists), but it was filling up quick, so I just started mixing out of it as i was adding more in ... just an average day's work in the life of a public radio DJ or for a full club set (going like from 9:30-ish to 2:00).
