"Mnemosyne" is derived from the same source as the word mnemonic, which means "remembrance, memory". Mnemosyne [Μνημοσύνη] is the goddess of memory in Greek mythology. Autumn is a beautiful time that marks the transition from summer to winter. Happy colors fighting the sad and dark rainy days.
