Scott Comar was a truck driver from Hartford. In the late 90s, he discovered the borderland region that includes El Paso, Texas and Cuidad Juarez, Mexico. His growing dependency on hard drugs drew him to the lawless streets where the cost of living was cheap and the dope was even cheaper.
