TIME HEELS

What’s so funny about this? I’m a little out of my comfort zone on this one. After all, women’s shoes are not something I’m very familiar with. On the other hand I’m VERY familiar with paying for women’s shoes, since my wife has enough pairs to make Imelda Marcos look like a cheap skate. I do confess that when I was five years old, I have a memory of parading around our house in my mother’s high heels. It was fun and funny but I still remember wondering how she ever managed to actually walk around all day in those things. Another thing that amazes me is how some female dancers can do an entire routine including tap dancing on high heels. I’ve even heard stories of women who can’t or won’t wear anything but high heels. I guess it’s what you get used to. Then too there is the length of the heels themselves. I once leafed through a sado-masochistic magazine that advertised 11” and 12” heels and it had pictures of women wearing these things. I guess it’s some kind of sign of dominance but
