What’s so funny about this? This short little riddle has more to it than meets the eye or ear, for that matter. The set-up is designed to make us think about all those math or maths classes, if you’re speaking British English, we had in school. We have a series of numbers all separated by one digit. These numbers are all call Odd numbers and they go on infinitely. Those other numbers form a series of their own, known as “Even” numbers; this series also goes on infinitely.
