HORNY TOAD

An engineering student was walking through a field one day, when a frog called out to him and said, "Psst, Hey Buddy, If you kiss me, I’ll turn into a beautiful princess and be your girlfriend." He bent over, picked up the frog and put it in his pocket. Then the kid said to the frog, "Look, I'm an engineering student. I don't have time for a girlfriend, but a talking frog, now that's cool."

What’s so funny about this? This joke is a twist, or change to the original fairy tale of Prince Charming. It became popular through the Brothers Grim and their collection of fairy tales; in fact it is the first one in their book. In the original, a princess is walking in the woods and encounters or meets a talking frog who explains to her that he was bewitched by an evil queen. If she kisses him it will break the spell and he will revert to his former self, the ever-so handsome Prince Charming. Our joke has a male engineering student instead of a princess walking through the woods. The frog still
