Transformers: influential God-carriers

We can’t live without affecting and being affected by the people we encounter and have relationships with. Even silence says something about us, although the world is not like that: constantly trying to pull or push us in one way or another.
In the beginning of John chapter 8, Jesus was forced into a confrontational encounter. How did he deal with that?

  He was prepared: trust in God gave him hope, joy and peace.
  Out of the overflow of that relationship he had something positive to invest ineveryone.
  Ongoing prayer, communion with Father God was all he needed.
