Slow Thaw is a weekly hour long LIVE freeform sound performance by Allá (three Chicanos from Chicago) using hardware samplers, turntables, effects, keyboards, drum machines, live instruments and vocals. Listen as we push our machines and creativity to the limits. We attempt to make sense of it all by blending genres and sounds to create something new. Our ultimate goal is getting you the listener involved in the performance whether that's "on air" or with your OWN personal sound contributions.
