First Mix up for 2017- We are only a quarter of the way through the year and I have all ready played 2 of the most memorable gigs of my life. New Years day in the mountains of Bali, and Wonderfruit festival where I designed and built a Rainforest art installation with a most excellent team of humans. This was the first major step in my plan to bridge the power of music with worthy causes like saving the worlds rainforests, which has been a life long pursuit for me and multi generational in my family. Captured in this mix are some of the deep ethereal sounds I have been playing with this year so far. The intro was recorded live in the Leseur ecosystem an endangered rainforest in Sumatra.
