Dare

A dare was exactly how this mix started out. Late one night, the conversation turned to music you couldn't really play out. There was something of a consensus that heavy metal was one of the most difficult of genres to serve up to the Saturday night head nodders. Generally it was accepted that AC/DC would pretty much always clear the floor. Metal really had gone out of fashion. So could we possibly find a way to dish a bit of this dusty old genre up to the kids and make it palatable? Dare we offer it up like pearls before swine to the demanding (but paying) skinny jeaned Shoreditch dribblers? Yeah.
