A 90 minute soundscape that I created during the night while Gabrielle Roth was dying in 2012, as a prayer for her passage, and to honour the astonishing power and beauty of her life's work, which I studied with her guidance for 25 years.
Interestingly though, what came through was the first mix I'd created that did not follow the classic shape of the 5Rhythms wave, perhaps prescient of where I would go years later with ZeroOne, towards a more subtle exploration of change processes.
I hope you enjoy it, either to dance to or just to listen to. It includes many of my favourite tracks over the many years of teaching the 5Rhythms.
