Mixed on 2x Pioneer CDJ 500's, 2x CDJ 100's & Sony Discman w/DJM 500 mixer and outboard Alesis Miniverb, recorded at 44.1kHz/16b on a Zoom H4.
Had a monthly gig at a local brewpub for 9 months, which I took to try to get over massive stage fright and anxiety attacks. This set was my last there as they shut down the next night.
Entire set was improvised. Had a vague idea of what tracks I'd play but aside from having 80+ CDs w/me had no plans at all. Rehearsed sets bore me.
Thanks to the cool kid from Seattle who came down to open, and when we realized we'd both brought gear was more than eager to combine them for a mega-setup. Wish I'd recorded his set, which was 2x better. Embarrassed I don't even remember his name, he was swell!
