Lastly we hand out our Stupid Celebrity of the Week Award which goes to Andy Dick. It appears to be Dick by name and Dick by nature as the comedy actor stole a chain necklace that got him arrested for grand theft. Now out on bail, Dick is due to appear in court on December 4, 2014.
