It looks like Primary Colours actually is from Cleveland and also had a cassette release in 1986 as well. According to Discogs anyway. Paint Love Blue is a great song and I'd love to hear more of what they did.
Yes! Thanks! I did notice that too late and I also misspelled it originally as “Colors” and it’s Primary Colours. Agree that the song is excellent.
