During this call I'll be interviewing Patrick Conway, an agent who's been producing outstanding results with his prospecting. Patrick began his commercial real estate brokerage career working for Marcus & Millichap while he was still in college attending the University of Southern California in 2007. He became a junior broker with the company in 2009 after graduating from the University, and then 2010 was his first full year in brokerage.
Since that time his career has been on a rapid rise to the top. He joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial office in Glendale, California, and he's now received the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction Award for the past three years.
He focuses on representing buyers and sellers of retail investment properties. His income has constantly been on the rise during his commercial real estate brokerage career, and he's now on track to gross more than $800,000.00 in commissions in 2016.
