Born in1991 in East Berlin, Maximilian Wege’s introduction to electronic music was at the tender age of 8 in 1999 at the Love Parade.
At the age of 18, his mother who is a medical practitioner specializing in treating drug addicts and rehabilitation was visited by Paul Kalkbrenner, a renowned German electro/techno DJ and actor, to gather insights for his film, Berlin Calling.
Her mother introduced him to the film’s musical score, which has today been instrumental to Maxmillian’s development as a techno artist, influenced by Paul Kalkbrenner’s musical style.
Quitting a dream career in crime and murder investigation was his breaking point after which there has been no looking back. He has spent the past year building skills and contacts and will be launching his own label and release his first track this year.
