Lush laid-back complex grooves in this chilled weekend mix with tracks from Bonzai, a Sasha remix, Release, Sutil and way-before-its-time prog classic "way2tite".
I made this mix with a crossfader-only mixing technique. Volume faders all the way up, no EQ work. This prehistoric method really forces the DJ to select intro and outro sections and mix-in points carefully - it's a very engaging. I think I'm getting better at it and it's making me listen to the musical components during the next-track selection process.
