Van K grew up on the tough streets of Cheshire, UK, his musical tastes honed via musical luminaries such as Take That, 5ive and, of course, Peter Andre. Inspired by Bez's success despite a complete lack of talent Van K was originally determined to make his mark in the world by playing repetitive piano chords while off his box on pingers. He soon realised however he was destined for greater things. Dj'ing was his calling and he has been bringing his unique sound of house, hip hop, whatever-the-fuck we call shit now and cheesy pop to his 3 Mixcloud followers ever since. Never afraid of a train wreck Van K always pushes the boundaries, (if not the right button) forever searching for the next mash-up to make people wiggle.
