An hour of tunes to get you over the post bank holiday slump! For further investigation check out the new Dave Rawlings Machine album, it's a beauty. And 'Have You In My Wilderness' by Julia Holter is the best thing I've heard so far this year.
Highlife to the best of my knowledge have released only one EP 'Best Bless' a few years back but it's an absolute gem. Hjaltalín's 'Enter 4' is an album I picked up in Iceland and quickly became one of my favourite records. I cannot recommend it enough.
As for Torkel Rasmusson, I know pretty much nothing about the man as most google search results are Swedish. But "Resan" has been the most welcome of earworms for the past couple of weeks.
