May-ish 2022 - a hosted radio show ft. new releases, new discoveries and stories

Try as I may, Maxxtapes aside, it has been hard to record a full show lately. Weddings, Stag-Dos, work trips, saunas, Norwegian national celebrations, it has ALL been happening.

But fear not, I have still been digging for new music and so, New-ish Music Monthly-ish returns with some fresh releases and new discoveries from my musical adventures in May and late April.

This month's show includes new releases from old-timers such as Ray Charles and Minnie Ripperton, a "Soul Sandwich” - whatever that is, a snippet of Luke Una's brilliant, new Latin-infused compilation album, the usual tour of Africa, tracks dragged out of 3am New York Instagram feeds and a debut single from a brand new artist that was, I discover, the DJ I booked for my 40th birthday.
