Fractured Beats

I've always loved the energy that a great Breatbeat can give you, and always will. One of the things i found that was so good about Breaks is that, it didn't just appeal to people that were into dance music! I think it almost got people into Electronic music that won't before because it didn't always sound like something made by something electronic, it even sounded like a live band at times even though it wasn't. So given my appreciation and passion for breakbeat i decided to put this mix together of some classics i will always love, mixed in with a couple of more newish numbers. I did this mix live in one take using my new "DJ Hero" unit AKA Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX and one turntable so i could mix those older classics off Vinyl, you can even hear right at the end of the mix that my earth or RCA lead came loose and made a nice hum ha! I hope you enjoy this mix as much as i enjoyed making it. This mix is extra special to me as it brings back so many memories of the good old days Love TC Xx
