Some stories talked about on tonight's show were:

1. Police surrounded an apartment building in northern Florida and exchanged heavy gunfire with a suspect barricaded inside Tuesday, and at least one person was injured, officials said.

2. Energized by the #MeToo movement, two national advocacy groups are teaming up to lodge sexual harassment complaints against McDonald's on behalf of 10 women who have worked at the fast food restaurant in nine cities.

3. The management team of R. Kelly has declined comment on a lawsuit filed by a woman accusing the singer of sexual battery, knowingly infecting her with herpes and locking her in rooms for punishment.
