From New York, the greatest city in the world, it's The Update with Brandon Julien! Police need your help looking for a man who's been attacking the elderly. If you see him, you know who to call.

Some stories talked about on today's show were:

1. A man on a scooter was caught on video dragging an 86-year-old woman down a sidewalk. Police believe this is the first of two incidents the driver has been involved in. It happened on Saturday, May 4 around 3 p.m. on 64th Street and 1st Avenue on the Upper East Side.

2. A long-delayed disciplinary trial is set to begin for the NYPD officer accused of using a banned chokehold in the July 2014 death of Eric Garner. Officer Daniel Pantaleo's trial is scheduled to start today at One Police Plaza.

3. Director David Lynch's Festival of Disruption has canceled two Brooklyn concerts scheduled for next weekend. Promoters said in a statement that the shows were called off because of what they said were "circumstances beyond our control."
