Some stories talked about on tonight's show were:

1. A Buffalo developer has been sentenced to 28 months in prison and ordered to pay a $500,000 fine in a bid-rigging scheme connected to Gov. Andrew Cuomo's "Buffalo Billion" economic redevelopment program. Louis Ciminelli was sentenced Monday in federal court for a pay-to-play conspiracy in which his firm won a development job worth a half billion dollars.

2. The U.S. trial of the Mexican drug lord known as "El Chapo" has offered a vivid look at lawlessness and excesses during his rise to power.

3. The once anonymous English couple who lost an engagement ring down a Times Square utility grate is thanking the NYPD for finding it.
