Some stories talked about on tonight's show were:

1. Two people familiar with the federal investigation of Michael Cohen told The Associated Press prosecutors are preparing criminal charges against the former personal lawyer of Donald Trump that could be brought this month.

2. The NYPD say a woman fought off a man who tried to rape her at gunpoint after she got into his car thinking it was a livery cab. Police on Sunday released security video of a man in his 20s that they say is suspected in the Aug. 6 attack in Brooklyn.

3. Police say a man has died after being stabbed in the chest on a tree-lined street near Times Square. Officers found in front of a brownstone apartment building on West 46th Street in Manhattan around 3 a.m. Monday.
