Always family-friendly with option to bring your little ones, shared care arranged on site with other parent participants on the day so parents can blast their cobwebs off for the week, kids invited to join in with contact improvisation facilitation part of the class if they want, or hang in the KidZone balcony area. Health and wellbeing for every family at the core of our "why" ~ offering these classes for ourselves and our community ~ the space is set for connection, fun, mind-cleansing, body movement, joy, a reset and a potluck meal shared at the end of each class.
