For our first podcast episode Alaina from Synergi is speaking with award winning artist, writer, curator and activist Hamja Ahsan is best known for his book Shy Radicals: Antisystemic Politics of the Militant Introvert . He was the founder of the DIY Cultures festival that ran from 2013-2017 in London.

In this episode, Hamja speaks about building alternative worlds through making zines and reimagining our histories.

Hamja is facilitating a zine workshop with Synergi on Thursday 6th March about the relationship between zines, fast food and race struggle.
