"Fall in love with whoever you want to"
These are the repeated opening words on Planningtorock's political, lyrically direct, bold and unsettling, experimental new album All Love's Legal. This is your dose of genderfluid, gender-prejudices-denouncing The-Knife-influenced music. It may sound weird, but as long as it does, it simply means that there is art and work to be done to change our representations.
The second album that we focus on is Trust’s sophomore album Joyland, out today actually ! As Robert Alfons accurately says himself, « it’s an eruption of guts, eels and joy », still keeping with his ominous and dancey gothic synthpop.
And here’s a little bonus that’s not in the show : a brand new, exciting collab between Planningtorock and Trust : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWCXzwCqyk0
The rest of the session features two of our favourites songs : the sumptuous and forlorn Caregiver by Memoryhouse, and Utopia by Goldfrapp, whose worldwide cinema event is tonight!

Also if we're talking about Genesis the Phil Collins band, it's never gonna happen, but with the Grimes song, that's another story ;)
