Today’s show is all kinds of smooth, deep and emotional shades of cherry-coloured pop, with Cocteau Twins of course, and gems by Boy Friend, Kate Bush and Keep Shelly In Athens.
Classics by Janelle Monae and Röyksopp back to back with new, hauntingly layered songs by Bot'ox and Twin Caverns,
We just added a bit of Ssion and Scissor Sisters to keep things fun, and some Charlotte Gainsbourg words on gender prejudices as a special treat.
Finally, for those of you who are in London, Alpines will be playing a free gig this Thursday at Hotel Basement.
Tracklist
Playing tracks by Summer Camp, Twin Caverns, Alpines, Keep Shelly In Athens, Bot'Ox and more.
