The nice thing about being an unestablished DJ is that you can mix whatever you want. So for this mix I decided to try something I haven't done before. I normally have a natural progression in energy with with my sets, but not in BPMs. This mix's BPMs range from 114 to 126, going from emo deep house to funky tech house to head boppy tech house. I've also started mixing my sets harmonically and that's given me confidence to utilize the remix decks on DJ set up a bit more, so I threw lots of loops and samples in this one.
