I'm working on a 90 minute mix for an ecstatic dance class based on Gabrielle Roth's 5 rhythms. The mix will take dancers through the 5 rhythms (arrival - flowing mellow beats, staccato / build-up, chaos / beats everywhere, Lyrical landing / melodic vibes, Integration / Wind down to ambience). It's quite a challenge, and I'm going to end up playing almost all of the styles I play as Somatech and Mzch1f (https://www.mixcloud.com/mzch1f/) throughout the 90 minutes. I'm pretty excited about it.
