Continuing to look back to my hip hop roots, Gassius Slay presents the second in a series of mixes based on choosing a year between 1984 and 2013 and selecting ten hip hop tracks from that year and mixing them up. I'm not necessarily looking for the instant hits and bangers of yesteryear although they'll be included! I'm also looking to pay homage to some of the lesser known but crucial cuts of that year.
