As the world’s most renown spy of the MI7 you will ride 3 intense intervals to the soundtrack of James Bond movie themes. The intervals will become longer in duration and harder in intensity. After a 9 min. warm-up, the intervals begin, with an active recovery after 3 sub-intervals. HR within the intervals always between 80 % and above 85 % MHR (Maximum Heart Rate) – partially RPE10. Recovery intervals always at ca. 65 % MHR. Intervals chained to the rhythm, recovery always off beat, what feels best for you.
