Nice and quiet mix with the favorites of the week: Cristoph/Jeremy Olander - Last Dance, Daniel Harris - RED🎶🎶
Nice set Paul, it flowed well and transitioning was sweet throughout 👏 Liked 'Lemon Goa' it was interesting. Nice remix of 'Sweet Disposition' enjoyed that, still prefer the one I used though 😉👊
we'll have to agree to disagree on the remix : )
Lemon Goa is a cracking tune, i agree...thanks for listening Oranjay
GOW GEE US :)
Is that a Brummie accent?
Thanks for listening C : )
Fantastic Workmanship Shift6 you moved through The Genres with Elegance and Panache,Transitions where so Clean as thou HAd just Been One Track from Start to Finish ,Very Well Thought Out and the bass Line where Amazing ,Almost at the end a more Ambient Musical effect So chilled was the Tempo,I Loved it with Full Effect marvelous Job Well Done
I could have done it better Dave but time constraints stopped me doing it again.
Glad you enjoyed it my friend : )
N__I__C_E M_E_L_O_D_I_C S_E__T ! Very unusual combination of deep tech with psy. At one point I thought psy-trance would start, but it turned out to be a successful intrigue with the psy element... Well done! ^_^
Thanks for the kind word Wolmy, glad you enjoyed it : )
Wonderfull combination of different styles, nice rhythm and sound, very well chosen tracks.
The volume spike wasn't disturbing at all, the speakers could handle it ;)
I like the nice long 'fade-outs' in Sweet Disposition, Cover Me, Progressive Relaxation, RED, Inside Out...
and probably some more. Very nice job you started with this year ! Enjoy 2020 Paul, Cheers :)
Thanks Jean, the cheques in the post : )
Happy 2020 also my friend.
That beat on Sweet disposition is really nice, love the progressive feel of this track with the extra noises and effects just building and building. The vocals on this track are beautiful the female one's especially trying to think what they are sampled from if you added these yourself mindblowing work :)
Really nice transition into Monochromatic was unaware of it really nice beat matching and gradual blend here. Great work :) Another awesome techhouse track. really enjoyed the spacey break down and piano and strings on this track, very very nice.
Another flawless mix into cover me. Didn't notice a bass spike at all.
Dynasty is a little more chilled and trippy but still got that techhouse sound really enjoyed those swooping synths on this track and the drop you did into Last Dance was flawless. last Dance continues the trippy vivbe slight tribal element to this track as well.
Logical progression was into the more psytrance sounding lemon goa, this is a really interesting track part techhouse part psytrance. Very cool track especially loved it from the drop at 32min, really trippy beat pattern, this and Monochromatic were possibly my favourite tracks of the set.
Sitar sounds on Progressive relaxiation are lush.
RED is a heavy track really liked the beat pattern on this and very nice mix into inside out. This is a very happy bouncey track :) Good transition back into tech house. The change in this track around 46min is so good
Nice end with Lost Witness another bouncey tech house track.
Incredibel set amazingly mixed as always. Amazing cross genre expeirence and worked v.well. Keep them coming :)
Perfect timing for end of work lol
Thanks a lot Rob for the detailed breakdown as usual.
Not added any vocals, it's just as it come out of the tin : )
I did this set twice and still wasn't happy with it but i ran out of time so i just uploaded it.
Noticed you did another set, i'll try and have a listen tomorrow before work : )
Wow great sound!
