Tastemaker Selections I

As DJ's we can become so obsessed with creating seamless, beat-matched sets, we miss the opportunity to play music we love thinking it won't fit into the context of the current set. We often forget that a key role of the DJ is to be a taste-maker, and connect listeners to new music, regardless of tempo or genre. Well I'm back on my taste-maker ish. Every month I'll be selecting songs from across the board that I'm currently loving; no tight mixing, just letting the tunes play in their full glory.
