What is the Middle Biscuit? Literally speaking, it is the warm, highly-coveted, center, perfect biscuit my brothers and I fought over when our Mom set down a pan of her homemade fare. Figuratively, the middle biscuit is a symbol representing anything that is elite compared those that surround it.

I tend to never miss your show. Always gives me a good idea which direction i should go in search for new bands and tunes in this genre. Spectacular.
Thanks, Kristian. Finding new stuff is probably my favorite part. I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying!
