Now I'm on my old real desktop and I have this crappy salvaged keyboard connected! PS - I saw a different cover for this session when you first uploaded it; a really nice, quirky, maybe 70s, maybe children’s book illustration of a man in a whales stomach plus the mix name was in French. I actually thought the mix I’d playlisted had been swiped/swapped..! where did the ‘old guy in the whale’ picture come from?

just what the doctor ordered (and I mean that literally, because I’ve been ill since the weekend!). really like the tropical framing & bits & pieces, full of goodness from start to finish (and how fresh it all still sounds - to my ears, for sure). hearing ‘wizard or blizzard’ for the first time in 30 years was excellent (it’s a classic isn’t it?) - never had the 12”, but do have the first Dope On Plastic double it featured in (a solid compilation). Red Snapper: always special. and you make me wonder whether our record shelves are merged via a portal, playing The Aloof at the end there (else not heard in a long time). so nostalgia, yes, but genuinely fresh & grand sounds right now I would wholeheartedly say. bravo SW!! P🥭🙏✊
