...the Other Side

This mix was inspired by the opening track. The 20 songs just barely fit onto a CD. All but two artists (Led Zeppelin & Talking Heads) have two tracks each. The mix is almost evenly divided between American artists (11 tracks) and British artists (9 tracks). There are eight songs from the year 1969. I think that I managed to pick songs that flow real well together and are also mostly long time favorites of mine (I didn't have to go searching far and wide for any of the tunes used here). If there is a theme here, it is in seeing things from an alternate perspective. There are always at least two sides to every situation and I have usually sided with the minority opinion. It may at times be less desirable or familiar a perspective but, in the end, it would be more true to me.
