Mixed live by Sebcat & Lowdjo @ Recyclart, 31 May 2013 on a special concert night before My Cat Is An Alien (IT) and Rough Americana (US). Not your average Rebel Up! mix but more an experimental session as if it were a psychotropic ritual of deep sound layers, global voices, (un)natural soundscapes and overlapping spheres with sounds from the Brazilian Amazone, Laos, Siberian Russia, western compositions and beyond. This set was performed with 3 or 4 sound channels open at any given time, with 2 cd players, 2 record players and with the help of 2 *buddha machines*, therefore creating a dense sound for a mystical listening experience. Tracklisting is moreless up to date though some titles missing and some tracks are lost in translation because of the 3-4 open channels. This is an amazing one! The Kink Gong Track from the Voices LP is one of my favorite tracks by him. Trippy ritual sound.
