Ray's Alternative Xmas 5

I love xmas music and making Alternative/Indie Xmas mixtapes has become a yearly tradition for me. This is the first time I've actually "mixed" one though. Hope you like it! I may mix my old ones and put them up too :)

I put a lot of effort into choosing these songs, when I gathered up my songs I hadn't used on previous mixes i had about 260+! I then went and found a load more new ones. My aim with these mixtapes is that they will fit on a cd. So cutting down to about 20ish from 300+ songs is a mammoth task but one I love :) If you want to download this and put it on a cd so you can listen in the car or share with your friends, etc. then you'll find a download over on my blog at realratheist.wordpress.com as well as all my old xmas mixes too

I also make my own geeky cover art for these mixes. This year I used a photo of my friend Helen's cat Paddy wearing what is pretty much a Santa Hat. I actually did all the editing with some free apps on my iPhone this year!

Enjoy

Ray :)
