Spring is in the Air! 🦋🌷🐝 Among other things. . . ACHOO!!! 🤧
So naturally, I made a Spring mix to welcome in the new season!
Sure, I know that the Spring Equinox actually falls on March 20th,
But the weather here in Music City, TN begs to differ! The sun is shining, 🌞
(Well, when there's not a storm brewin' up anyway) the birds are singing, 🐦
the bugs are annoying, and my allergies are worse than ever! HOORAY! Yep. . .
"Up Jumped Spring!" is an understatement. Please, enjoy the show & Rock On!
*Other genres include (but are not limited to): 🎶🌈🎶
Alternative, Psychedelic, Jazz, Country, Folk, Blues, Barbershop, Prog Rock, & Pop!
~The set ends at 1:32:30. I just forgot to edit out the 3min. of dead air at the end. Oops! 😜

Amazing show and great theme - I was just thinking how much I liked the bluesy/jazzy/folksy vibe, and then Zipper and Concrete Blonde kicked in and I loved that too! Nice genre-surfing. And on the note of connections, I posted a show entirely of bird songs a couple of years ago, and have been meaning to put together a flower-themed show for a long time (at the suggestion of a listener). It’s fun that there’s zero overlap between our playlists! And I really loved that you combined them for a spring theme. The birds and the bees… scandalous! Thanks for all the amazing shows - I can barely keep up.
Oh yay! I'll have to find your bird show now! With my name being Raven and all... ppl have called me Bird/Birdie all my life. But, I'm always looking for bird songs! hee hee! 🐦
Thanks for listening & commenting, READE! Have a groovy weekend! 🌞
you are playing some great stuff Raven buddy rich was one of the best jazz drummers . You are and old soul of music. i'm glad you are still on mix cloud. the sloppy bird boogie was great something i haven't heard that song before.thanks for playing some great music.
Well, you are quite welcome, Pink Floyd Lady, and thank YOU, for listening & commenting! 🤗 Oh yes, Buddy Rich is phenomenal. 🥁 My stepdad was also a jazz drummer and he ALWAYS had him playing! Glad you enjoyed Sloppy Bird Boogie too. Powersolo is a couple of rockin' brothers from Denmark that I can never seem to get enough of! They have that vintage feel that appeals to me more than anything! 👌 Thanks again, PFL! Have a great one! ☺
Another great show Raven like the first track Mozart Estate
Pop-Up! Ker-Ching! and the Possibilities of Modern Shopping - A new album (and the first album) to be released under the moniker after changing from the band's original name Go-Kart Mozart! The album is all about shopping and consumerism. They're a fun little band! 😉
