WOOHOO! It's Women Rock Wednesday once again! How's everybody doing?!! 🤘💋🤘
Staying warm I hope. A winter storm has blown through the states from coast to coast. 🌬
Woke up to it being -3° today in Music City! Brrr. . . ❄🥶❄ While I did reside in Washington
for a few years where it's cold & rainy 99% of the time, I'm originally from Texas & NOT used
to the snow or these freezing temps, like, at all! Secretly though. . . I love it! Heh. . . As long as
the power stays on, am I right?!! So. . . thought I'd put together this here potent and powerful
mix for ya, today! "Grrrls Rule!" will surely get you rockin' and heat things up quite a bit! 🔥🖤🔥
*Other genres include (in no particular order): 🎶✨📻✨🎶
Art Punk, Anarcho Punk, Garage Punk, Surf, Rock, Indie, Electronic,
Experimental, Lo-Fi, New Wave, Novelty, Comedy, Pop, Power Pop,

Julie Brown! 🤣
Lmfao! The Novelty Act of the show! Julie Brown has always been a favorite comedian of mine! Loved her since I first saw her on the totally awesome 80s sci-fi comedy, "Earth Girls Are Easy" and she sang her song, "'Cause I'm a Blond" and her MTV show, "Just Say Julie!" 😂 Thanks so much for listening and commenting, 1_Kool_Kat! Hope the season is treating you well! 😸
Great stuff.
Thank you kindly for checking out the show, John Hartmann! So glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much! ☺
damn that was good! I especially loved the last one (didn't realize that was madonna! it was so good!), the politically charged The Guilt and the Glory, and that bass line in Man Fright...never enough prominent basslines in punk!!
Lol, yeah Madonna did that song for the Dick Tracy Movie which I went and saw in theaters. I ended up taping that performance from The Academy Awards! Lol! I was 10! It was the 90s! 🤣 But yeah, she did a great job! Conflict were a kickass anarcho-punk band. I love everything that came out of CRASS Records! 🖤 Mannschreck was a really cool German Minimal Wave/DIY/Post-Punk band. They were slappin' that bass real good! lol! Thanks, trinib, for stopping by and always showing your support! Appreciate it. Have a good one! 🤗

wow, never seen her quite like that before...a homage to the golden age of burlesque! got even more respect for that women now. kept waiting for her to show even the slightest look of nervousness but nothing but steel. and i'll keep an eye out for the other 2!!
I first listened through as a great background soundtrack while running around working (very energizing!), and then came back to recheck the trinib highlights! I agree on all counts, and especially love that Conflict track. Hell yell. Nicely done, @RavenLunachick !
Right on! Thanks, you guys! I can honestly say, you both have excellent taste and know good music when you hear it! 😉
