Kate Havrlik meets the photographer, Bram Penninckx, who is working on a photo documentary of the 19 communes of Brussels 'Brusselse scènes, Bruxelles en scène'. We chatted about his love for the city, the crowdfunding project to raise the money to produce a beautiful photographic book of his take on the city that is Brussels.
