With a second lockdown in England forcing non-essential businesses to close and the impact being felt within communities across the country, our reporter Sam Smette speaks to Jo Samways, Town Host for Banbury BID (Business Improvement District) about how we can continue to support our local independent businesses in the run up to Christmas and why it is now more important than ever we shop locally.
